Chapter Eight--Health is golden

Morning has just broken at 6:38 am when a one metre windspan elegant Hornbill flew peacefully above the
silky Sarawak River. It was a moment of dream awken with satisfaction after a sweet night sleep.
Kuching of Sarawak is a place where people recognised paradise.
A friend Miss G Lam ordered a cup of white Tea with half spoon of sugar which was very slimming conscious. She used to wake up early and patronize the Nan Fan Cafe with hand made Kolomee ( in Hokkian language means sauced mee without soup). She volunteered her rescent problem of severe headache which is always linked to monthly periodic physiological event. She said in Mandarin that the headache usually attacked her for two days but this round was really bad. She finally admitted that her habit of internet work till 1 am, multiple cup of English tea, lack of utmost care from her boy friend ( her boy friend works in Shell Petroleum company, off shore Drilling in South China Sea), worry of his safety with news of South Sea oil field conflick, bad news of Iran military exercise and fluctuating crude oil price.
La lina effect that caused flood in Thailand affected her most since she is a five star group leader in international tourism. All the reasons she quoted pointed to one golden aim, that is she need appropriate management of time, money, and put health as priority.
It is important to have balance family life. Those who have never started any matrimonial sex life may be able to stay innocent and be able to keep cool and calm, in contrast a highly educated Sarawakian ( Sarawak people usually proudly stated that Sarawakians are truely international, multilingual, well balance human being). Those who have good experience with sex should cooperate with nature and let the flowers bloom like the wonderful April Spring season.
The latest good news is good health, turn in to sleep before mid-night, really promote sweet dream and a balance family life. Health is gold, that is a model gift to the world from the golden land---Sarawak.
